Commercial Projects

• Unique Builders recently completed construction of a Comfort Suites in Simpsonville, SC. This is a 4-story, 76 room hotel located off the Harrison Bridge Rd. exit. The hotel features a beautiful, spacious breakfast area and an indoor pool.
• Unique Builders is currently developing Phase III of Regency Commons, a Commercial Townhome Business Center - located on S. Batesville Road. in Greer. Current owners include Fitway Fitness, Crunk Physical Therapy, Royal Crest Dental Centre, Goddard Technology, and Master Kim's World Class Tae Kwon Do.
• Unique Builders assists many medical and dental professionals with land procurement, office design & construction, and coordination with equipment suppliers during the planning and installation phases.
• Unique Builders offers a new office development located on Roper Mountain Extension. Construction pad sites at Roper Professional Park are available for medical, professional, and commercial businesses.
• Unique Builders sub-contracts on many projects for other General Contractors for framing, roofing, and masonry work. These projects included medical offices, financial institutions, churches, and multi-family dwellings, and demolition work.
• Unique Builders constructed Greenville Car Wash’s fourth location in Simpsonville, SC.  This full service carwash opened in March 2007.  The Simpsonville location is the first commercial property in the Upstate area to utilize Pervious Concrete to control storm water run off.  Storm water drains through the concrete and soaks into the underlying soil.  Pervious concrete eliminates the need for a retention pond or drainage tank, allowing for more effective use of the property, and reducing overall costs to the owner.
