Unique Builders value-engineered the plans to drive down costs without sacrificing quality or adding to the timeline. Working closely with our lumber supplier, we were able to pre-fabricate much of the framing and all of the roof trusses. Instead of the standard stucco exterior, we added decorative stone on the first floor exterior to increase aesthetics while adhering to Choice Hotels Corporation’s architectural standards.
