Situated on 4.5 acres on S. Batesville Rd. near The Parkway, Regency Commons is a commercial/retail condominium development designed for medical-, commercial-, educational offices, and specialty retail. Unique Builders upfits each unit according to owner requirements. Current owners include a dental practice, physical therapist, Tae Kwon Do studio, chiropractor, psychiatrist office, and multiple business offices.
Located on Brown Rd., this was an exciting convenience store project. The interior includes a stained concrete floor; custom, full wall graphics; and attractive cabinetry for food and beverage dispensing areas. This was a fast track project completed in five months including a four week rain delay.
Unique Builders completed interior upfits for Verizon Wireless stores in Central and Greenville on a very agressive 4-6 week schedule.
This 7200 sq. ft. office building was custom designed and built for CCAD Engineering. The exterior includes brick veneer and river stone on the front. This building is an example of the typical architecture style that will be featured in the business park. The interior finishes were custom selected to suit the Owners' tastes and business style.
Opened in 2009, this 72 room Comfort Suites hotel is located in Simpsonville, SC. Despite a very difficult site located near wetlands, Unique Builders completed the project on time and on budget while value engineering utility systems to reduce operating expenses.
This was a new construction project located on NE Main St. in Simpsonville. Unique Builders worked closely with the owner and equipment vendors to ensue proper fit, installation, and operation. In addition, this location features pervious concrete around the building’s perimeter, eliminating the need for storm water runoff catch basins. Not only did pervious concrete save the owner money, but it also conserved scarce property space.
Eastcreek Townhomes was completed in 2004 and features 40 upscale, two-story units near Mauldin High School. This was the first gated town home community in the area. Unique Builders' sister company, Unique Realty marketed the development. An area adjacent to the front of the development was deeded to the City of Mauldin as a park.
Since summer is typically a slow season for dance instruction, it was important to take advantage of this time to minimize disruptions to the studio’s operations. Unique Builders was able to begin and complete the new building within three months. Steppin’ Out kicked off the fall dance season on time in the new building.
This 6000 sq. ft. dental office was completed in 1999. The interior features an open floor plan with very inviting and comfortable operatories.
This home’s interior and exterior was totally redone, while maintaining its historical integrity and charm. Unique Builders replaced all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems and updated the bathrooms and kitchen. The end result was a stunning mixture of historical charm and modern conveniences. |
